This Privacy Policy applies to users of Ordeno's services all over the world, including users of Ordeno's apps, websites, features and other services with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Ordeno. Ordeno collects data:

Data provided by our users: We collect user profile informaftion provided by users when they create or update their Ordeno account, which include name, email, phone number, profile picture, date of birth and gender.

Location Data: We collect the exact or approximate location of data from the user's mobile device when the Ordeno mobile application is oopen and runing either on foreground or background, if they enable us to do so via their mobile device settings.

Transaction information: We collect information of transactions made using our service including order details (date and time, items ordered, merchants name, amount of the order and the type payment method used. We do not collect or store any credit card information, all payment method information is managed by a third party payment processing company (Stripe, Inc.).

App usage Data: We collect information on how our user's interact with our application, including date and login dates and times, pages viewed and features used

Device Data: We collect information about the devices used to acccess our services, including operating systems, preffered language and hardware models.

Log Files
Ordeno follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit or use our mobile application or websites. The information collected by log files include, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Ordeno, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that Ordeno has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Third Party Privacy Policies
Ordeno's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Data retention and deletion
Data Retention:
Ordeno retains user data to provide it;s services and comply with legal requirments.
Ordeno retains user data for as long as needed, for de purposes described above, the lenght of this period depends on the type of data, the type of user of whom data relates and the purposes for which this data was collected.
The length of the period of time that ordeno retains user data may further be determined by legal and regulatory requirements, purposes of safety, security and fraud prevention, or by issues relating to the user’s account such as an outstanding credit or an unresolved claim or dispute.
Data Deletion:
Users are able to delete their accounts at anytime by accessing the "Delete Account" option in the "Help" section of the user menu of our mobile application. Ordeno may retain user data after a deletion due to legal requirements or for reasons stated in this policy.
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Ordeno does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
